Replace flag SVGs for 10 fictional teams with 10 new qualifiers (BIH, CZE, RSA, CUW, CPV, HAI, IRQ, NOR, SWE, COD). Remove 14 unused stadium SVGs for venues not in the 16-stadium tournament roster.
